The main theme of the album is the reception of Scandinavian cultural heritage on three different levels. The first chapter of the story, "Ov Rituals" (songs: "The Oath", "Tiwaz" and "Uppsalablot") presents a spiritual perspective. The human perspective is included in chapter two, "Ov Ancestors" (songs: "Valgrind", "Anno Domini 793", "Miklagardr"), while the chapter "Ov Destiny" (songs: "Baldr", "Pandradr", "Tordenskrall") was devoted to the prospect of the fall of the two pillars of civilization: "humanous" and "divine".
Although Norse mythology may be associated with heroism, glory of battles and pride of the warrior, it’s vain to find it in Pandrador’s texts. "Ov Rituals, Ov Ancestors, Ov Destiny" is a tragic tale of the strength and sacrifice of a man, bound by a covenant with supernatural power, to which he becomes a servant to last until after death. The words of the ruthless Gods are the promise of apparent glory, but in return they demand the highest price: "Your soul in exchange for Posthumous Exaltation – becoming an Einherjar." After such an Oath (the opening intro), like a curse, the words "You will wander under our orders through the Nine Worlds until the day of Ragnarok, when you will die with us - once and for all" will follow the Exalted one.
It is, therefore, a description of the slow and inevitable fall of man and his Deities. Not benevolent and caring, but vampiric, corrupted and at the same time more powerful than anything we know. However, trusting them is a sacrifice that must be made so as not to fall victim to the greatest tragedy for our species – becoming a Forgotten one.

Absolutely crushing dissonant death metal!
With great production and tight performance from these meat sacks, this dark brutal dissonant masterpiece will be on my favorite list forever.
Don't pass up this album, trust me it's fuckin great!

Death metal/deathcore hybridization done correct! All the atmospheric passages and samples feel right in place, with great sound. Instrumentation doesn't lack as well, but the vocals could've been a little less upfront. 8.5/10 liltito
Channeling philosophical quandaries into cavernous death metal, the Australian trio turn modern power struggles into an aural advantage. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 13, 2022

An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch.
